- In a jar or small container put your oats , milk , syrup and chia seeds
- Combine the ingredients well using a fork
- I like to layer my oats so next I put my mixture in the fridge to set for about an hour - this allows the oats to absorb the milk and makes the oat mixture thick enough to layer with yogurt and hold the layer.
- Note: You can actually mix in your yogurt at this stage then top with your toppings but I prefer layering my yogurt (see serving suggestions)
- After an hour remove your oats from the fridge and layer with as much or as little yogurt as you like
- Top with your favourite toppings e.g berries / biscoff , banoffee etc !
- Place your oats back in the fridge for a delicious breakfast for the next day.
