1. Pour the tin of coconut milk in a pot with 250 mls water and a stock cube
2. Bring the liquid to a boil then reduce to a medium heat and add your cous cous
3. Stir in the cous cous then cover for 5 minutes on a low heat
4. In a frying pan add oil and saute the onions , then fry and season your lamb to your taste
5. Slice your peppers and add to your cooked lamb and the end
6. Add your meat and peppers to the cooked cous cous and combine !
